Have I tattooed you before?

IMPORTANT
- You must be 18+ to get tattooed (you may be asked for valid photo ID)
- A non-refundable deposit is required to book
- Sun exposure/swimming must be avoided for 4 weeks post-tattoo 

You should receive an email confirmation after submitting (check junk folder). I will aim to respond within 7 days, please keep an eye on your spam/junk folder!
